How to use:

Apply a small amount of cream to clean, dry skin and massage gently. Use as directed. Change the application site regularly to avoid skin irritation.

For pre-menopausal women: Use one pump daily for 14 days before your expected period, discontinue use 1-2 days before your period, and resume 10-12 days after your period (counting the first day of your period as day 1).

For post-menopausal women: Apply one pump daily for 21 consecutive days, then take a break for 7-10 days.
