Dextrose, acid: citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, starch, maltodextrin, natural orange and other natural flavours, potassium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, salt, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, sweetener: aspartame, vitamins (C, E, B1), colour: carotenes.

Products may contain traces of: gluten, milk, soy and crustaceans.

Suggested use:

Dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml of water. Take during the warm-up (150ml, every 15 minutes) and regularly during and after exercise (up to 2 hours after training) (150ml, every 15 minutes).
