Water, protein blend (31%) [type I collagen hydrolysate, whey protein hydrolysate (from milk)], reconstituted apple juice from apple juice concentrate (20%), acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrates, flavourings, preservative: sorbic acid, sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose.

Directions for use

Shake vigorously for a few seconds before use, then open and drink the contents of the ampoule. The recommended daily serving is the contents of 1 ampoule (60 ml) 1-3 times a day - on an empty stomach, between meals, or before and after training.
