    Dietary supplement in the form of soft capsules with concentrated, purified fish oil (1000 mg in 1 capsule). Contains essential fatty acids (EPA and DHA) . Oil from pelagic fish (anchovies) from sustainable fisheries.

    Fish oil is a source of omega-3 and refers to two types of fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA ) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA ). They are mainly found in fish. They are present in smaller amounts in other animal products and in phytoplankton. They are essential for the optimal functioning of individual systems. Omega-3 plays a structural role in the body – it is a component of phospholipids that form cell membrane structures. DHA is found, among others, in the retina and brain. These acids also indirectly affect the cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine and immune systems.

    • Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.
    • Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to normal heart function.
